(no subject)
I am the cleaning goddess. I scrubbed my kitchen today, all the counter and cabinets. I took apart the fridge and washed it all down on the inside...it was so nasty. *shivers* I dusted the family room and vacuumed, too. I took the vent thing off under the fridge and vacuumed there, too. So much cat hair, it was sooo gross. *shivers again* Then I went to drop off the insurance check for my CRV (yes, it is just being finished being fixed now). $3100.64. It looks brand new from the back. They were so nice there. Because they are closed when Jeff gets home from work the owner of the shop said he would bring the car to my house for me! How sweet! I think it was because we have been waiting for 1 small part to come in, the car was actually finished last week but they were having problems getting a handle for the back window. Whatever. I am just happy to get my car back.
I let the dogs run around the backyard when I got home. I took off Grace's clothes and let her do the same. Then she took a dip in her little pool. She was running around the deck and slipped and landing in her pool. She was fine but scared. I had to laugh at her expression...I am a mean mother.
I have to paint/stain the front "porch" (if you can even call it that). It is all peeling and nasty. We choose a pretty blue color stain. I also have to do the back deck. Projects, projects. Once I get my moms power washer, I will start on that.
I want another baby. Not right this instant, but sometime. Weird. I'll probably change my mind in another week.
I am so looking forward to autumn. I love that time of year.
