Though, someone did link me once to scenes from a movie he did with Leonardo diCaprio in which they play lovers. o.o It was strange.
It was for this reason I thought I wouldn't be able to handle David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor. Not after seeing him as Barty Crouch Jr.! But, well, he was Barty for all of five minutes, and he's just such a charming Doctor... he's one of the few.

Also, I hadn't thought about it, but you're right about the other characters really only being props for the main three to act off of. I'm not the biggest fan of the movies anyway, and this is just one more reason. (I'm one of those people who shout "YOU ARE NOT A TRUE POTTER FAN IF YOU'VE ONLY SEEN THE MOVIES." The movies are nigh-incomprehensible now! How the hell are they going to make the last two movies make any sense???)
