Dear John...
This afternoon I went to see the "Dear John" movie. Honestly, it was remotely different than the book but I enjoyed it just the same. It was really close to the same story line, so I was happy with how this movie played out on the big screen.
I was pleased with the actors in the movie, and I actually liked the ending to the movie more than the ending of the book. :) I won't say more, afraid to give away too much before anyone who hasn't seen it yet gets to see it.
The rest of my weekend has been pretty good. I started to paint my kitchen - time to get rid of the ugly yellow & red walls. Right now, they are white, but eventually be tan/brown.
Wesley and I have also crammed a lot of CSI into our weekend and I am loving that he enjoys that show as much as I do! It makes me so happy that we enjoy the same things most of the time.
Unlike now - the super bowl is on, so he's in the other room watching football while I am watching DVR'd shows and about to make dinner. It's funny how this works! I love him so much, I'm glad to have my few minutes to myself to watch shows that he hates!
