Ok, Monday was lessons, not too terrible. I brought them suckers from America and told them if they fought they wouldn't get them. I am not above bribery. I also went back to West for the first time since July. It's not terrible (but I'll keep you posted, cause I'm sure it'll get that way).
Tuesday I went back to the dentist where they did the same root canal AGAIN. This time, they made me cry, no joke. There was evidently some nerve left in there that hadn't come out. They hadn't put enough novacaine on it because they weren't expecting it. Favorite quote,
"Itai desune..." translation, "Oh, it hurts, doesn't it..."
No shit it hurts!!! BUT, now it's doing much better. I can touch it without flinching. On the road to recovery, I'd say.
Wednesday night, last night, I went over to Rumiko's for the first time in weeks. We had a quick dinner and then went to her meeting about hosting the fullbright people next week. Chinami, the other Chinami, and Annie's mom were all there, so after the meeting we went out to Denny's. It was a good time, and I get to go to the welcome party next week with Chinami. Woohoo.
Today I wanted to kill all the first grade children. Seriously. Three classes in a row of crazy (and I mean CRAZY) 12 year olds. I just don't have the energy. I survived though. Now, in a very few minutes I will leave and go to Mark's, where he intends to cook me dinner. That's about it, I guess. Tomorrow is Friday and its a three day weekend!!!
