All clean!!
Today was a relatively busy day. Not one of those I'm-gonna-do-nothing-because-it's-my-day-off kind of days. I woke up at 12:35pm and got lunch with Ryan at 1:15pm after an insanely quick shower. We got the Habit. Mmmm...Habit... I love their burgers...so delicious. Afterwards, I went to the post office then home to obtain the phone number for Moorpark College's Business Office. I had enrolled Corinne in 12 units of classes and then dropped her a week later for not-so-legal reasons (I can't say what, just in case they find me!!). However, no credit had been applied to the credit card I used to pay for the classes...so I ended up having to go to the college and get the credit in person. I figured I would have to do this, so I wasn't too put out by it. When I get there, though, they inform me that they keep no records of how the transaction was paid for or by whom, so even though I paid for it with my card, Corinne had to either be there with me to get the credit or give oral authorization for me. So, a half-hour and a fax later, I got the credit. It turned into a bit larger ordeal than I had anticipated, but oh well. I got my $350 back. Happy! Then I went home and washed my car. She was in dire meed of a bath, let me tell you. It sucks though because the pain job on my car it so deteriorated that, no matter how clean I get her, she always looks like crap.
Last night was fun. I had every intention of going to sleep. I had read a few chapters in my new book Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire. I like it! I'm not sure if I like the way he writes yet, but I'm enjoying the story. Then I heard Frank rustling around in the kitchen downstairs so I go down to see what's up. I was hungry anyway. I ate a donut and milk and then Frank and I started watching The X-Files. BIG mistake. I suckered myself into four of the most pivotal episodes in The X-Files saga. I did not go to bed until 4:00am. So tired! Damn that X-Files for being the best show ever on TV!!!
