Who knew?

So, I moved back to the city on Tuesday. Love my new room, even though it is the Quad. Rach moved in Thursday, which made things more bearable. Nat had to leave on Thursday, so it was nice to have company on the floor. Orientation has been a wash in some ways - training was INCREDIBLY boring. Imagine sitting in one room for 2 days straight - 9-10 hours at a time. But, we had our first activity with some of the frosh who move in early tonight, and I had a BLAST. I acted like sucha cheerleader/geek. My table rocked everyone's socks ;) hee
So the photoshoot was also today. It was my very first and it went GREAT. The photographer was really chill and very helpful about showing me what he wanted and how I could work on certain expressions and things. Apparently, Zukich says I have the look to do print, commercial and lingerie work. Ha. As a bonus, I got to meet this famous Croatian painter, Zoran somethingavic. If you've ever noticed the paintings at Starbucks - those are his work and prints of it. He has the studio across the hall from Zukich, the guy who shot my pics. Modeling always sounded like sitting still and being fanned all day to me - but it's actually really exhausting! I got there at 2:30, we starting shooting 15 minutes later and I didn't leave til 6. Oiy...very long day under very hot lights. I got home and was dying. But I had to go to the NSOP event tonight. Fun though, very fun. And a nice way to unwind from the shoot all day. Oh, so if you wanna check out some of the pics - he made me the front girl on his website! www.jukich.com How cool is that? Never thought in a million years....
