Viper Canyon: Newson
The fifth house in my bin sim house series... This time for the Newsons.
The Newsons start out with quite a bit of money - around §47 500 - and because of that I was a bit overly ambitious with my building this time... As a result, the second floor of their house is rather empty. But I liked the layout too much to change it, and I figured the eldest Newson kids would rather sell off some stuff to pay the bills and keep their own bedrooms modest, and then spend money on making the first floor a nice place where the whole family can hang out together. So yeah, this house is affordable for them, but they'll only have like §200 after moving in. :P No CC!
Their house is fairly large, and has a driveway and a garage. Three(!) of the younger Newson kids have Tinkering as a hobby, so once they're older it would be a good place to put a restoreable car or two.
Like I said, the second floor is quite empty. At least the hallway is lit! There is also a spare bathroom... or it could be used as a storeage room or laundry room or something. Kind of too small for a bedroom, though, especially with those small windows. Purple room is Ginger's, green room is Gavin's. Aside from colour, they have exactly the same stuff in them. Couldn't afford dressers for them... But you might be able to put a very cheap one in the hallway for everyone to share?
The middle room is shared by Gabriella and Gallagher. They have a toybox, yay!
Downstairs is much more pleasant. I figure the big bedroom used to belong to the Newsons' adoptive parents, Gloria and ??? Newson. Now it's the nursery for Georgia and Garrett, who appear to be biological twins, according to their profiles. There is a big kitchen with room for everyone to eat, a TV with a video game console and also a Don't Wake the Llama game (Ginger, whose hobby is Games, will be happy). And plenty of toys. The block toy will satisfy Garrett's Science hobby for now.
A little shrine/memorial for their dead parents, since they don't have graves. Gavin keeps this spot neat - his hobby is Nature.
