New Uberhoodia: DV Lot Makeovers 1 - Unoccupied Residential

So, I've been slowly working on making over Desiderata Valley in my new uberhood over the past couple of weeks, and I'm almost done. So I thought I'd share some makeovers.

First up are all the unoccupied residential lots. And I must say, I don't think I've seen any more dull, badly laid out, unimaginative EA lots than these. I mean, really, EA? A 6x4 bathroom?

I won't be giving the house/road names/numbers because I've shifted everything around and renamed the lots, but you can recognise them from the 'before' pictures.

As I mentioned before, I've made DV into a tropical 'hood, so the makeovers include a lot of palm trees. No exterior walls have been changed or added.
