Dorm lot shared!
Someone asked if I might share the dorm lot that I built and used for the Faire legacy kids during their college time, and obvs I have no problem sharing so if anyone wants to grab it, here it is!
I done this quickly so only grabbed overhead shots so you can see the layout, there are 11 dorm rooms in this lot, 3 slightly larger ones on the first floor, and 8 on the second floor. So you should be fine if you're computer can't handle a ton of sims at once (Mine can't and I can run this dorm lot completely full just fine)
It was built on a beach lot, so it has a beach. I'm not totally sure how that affects placing it as this is the first time I'm uploading a lot at all and I've never downloaded beach lots, but you'll likely have to place it on the edge of a 'hood map where it'll be in water partially for the beach lot, and for it to place at all.
I have all expansions and stuff packs, so you'll likely need them to install this, but I have no idea what I used from what expansion/sp because idk what came with what anymore.
There are also some CC, one tile desks, the wallpaper and floors are custom, there's bedding recolors, and couch/painting recolors for sure. So if you don't want any of that, use the cleaninstaller to install the lot.
