Food Today: Had a structured breakfast and lunch, then things went off the rails. Ate some cookies at the conference and way to much at the conference Chinese food dinner.
Water Today: not sure, not very many
Exercise Today: 45 minutes of yoga. And some walking.
Self Care Today: None.
Successes Today: Did yoga in the morning with other conference participants. Nice to get off to a good start. Packed my lunch and ate it.
Struggles Today: Still losing it in the afternoons and not getting back on before bed.
