Sleep Last Night: 9:00, 10:30p-7:30a
Food Today: Pretty messed up day. Ended up at chuck e cheese for lunch, and handled it well, but then the stress led to unstructured eating in the afternoon. Caloric intake about 3000 cal in total.
Water Today: 10 glasses.
Exercise Today: 20 minutes on the elliptical and two sets of a 12 machine full body weight circuit. 7500 steps.
Self Care Today: I did 10 minutes of mindful breathing, and am making this post.
Successes Today: I insisted on doing my full Saturday workout in spite of boys' schedules. I did my meditation first thing before admitting to being awake.
Struggles Today: Still have unstructured eating in the afternoon, particularly when I let myself get too hungry. Have to balance that somehow.
