Food Today: Today I ate three planned and structured meals and a planned and structured snack. Total caloric intake 1790 cals.
Water Today: About 7 glasses?
Exercise Today: Just 15 minutes on the elliptical. Exhausted and unable to force myself to do more. Only 6700 steps/
Self Care Today: 10 minutes of mindful breathing and this post.
Successes Today: Food fully structured.
Struggles Today: Struggled to get exercise today. Getting exhausted, partially because I haven't been getting enough exercise. Lots of napping, bad sleep at night.
