Look, no one's home. And to think that just years ago I would jump for a chance to be left all alone in my house. Then again, there were so many more things that were forbidden back then....
I had my first day of work today. I think it'll be good. I work whatever hours I want, which means I'll probably work 7-8 hours a day, depending. And the people are all relatively nice. My boss's boss (in the formal chain of command anyway, really they just act like friends) really, really reminds me of someone, but I don't know whom. And I learned lots of things about diversity and stuff which are only really cool to me, so I won't bore any of you by actually explaining them.
Though, I did learn the origins of the words "genuine" and "pasquin" (the last one might only exist in Spanish). They are actually very cool. Twisty-like, not your standard direct-from-latin. Ask me about them sometime.
Well, I guess I'm off to...find something to do?
