the dark knight: like the comic strip says "Great superhero movie, or Greatest superhero movie ever?". Actually, I still liked Iron Man better, but tdk was super awesome and complex and did I mention super awesome? Actually, twice I said that outloud without meaning to - once when batman flipped the semi the Joker was driving(it flips, in the silence just before the SMASH, i utter reverently, AWESOME) and I forget what the other one was there were too many it could have been. In conclusion, I say great superhero movie, rates an Iron Man on the 1 to Iron Man scale, but the scale is still the Iron Man scale; tdk was awesome, but not scale-worthy. Also, I wonder how many soothing cups of honey tea Christian Bale would have to drink after making his batman voice. Many, I assume. Blah Blah Heath Ledger: It was a good, even great performance but if he wins an oscar I will be disapointed - I hate the whole 'Oh it's their turn' oscar thing - If they deserved an oscar they should have gotten one at the time! It's not something you can save up! Except for lifetime achievement. They have one of those don't they?

random sga that was awesome: the bathing together that sheppard rejects out of hand! the 'you know what would be unexpected and creepy? if you kneeled instead' sheppards hissy fit over teyla not immediately dropping the baby and getting herself back in the line of fire. The intense ronan/sheppardness of the whole detox session.
psych: No Body, No Crime shall be my new motto! Alas, I hopefully will not be able to use it often, but I will find a time! Josie from Josie and the pussycats! you are looking very cute! But sadly, not cute enough to compete with Juliets' not-prom dress. Also, I wish Cybil could stay forever!
the mentalist: I dl'd this because I was bored and it looked interesting and it was! It was good! Robin Tunney is rocking an awesome Scully look(tiny and authoritive and with shiny shiny hair) and Simon Baker as the Not!Psychic was very good - think Shawn from Psych but in a serious, no pineapple context. Actually it's like if you smoosh Psych and Profiler together. I will be watching this, but with my fingers crossed hoping it doesn;t turn into another New Amsterdam(tragically cancelled!)
