Problem is she's a victim of the (fucking stupid) reshuffle and previously the cash-office manager (doesn't bare thinking of considering how I had to explain the difference between 'g' and 'kg' cash office person not knowing the importance of a decimal bloody point?!?!) this means giving her her postion back.

Depends - the stress is knowing the job and seeing it not done - she hasn't a clue so if you like things done right you put the stress on yourself! I wont sign anything unless I know it's done right.
Possibly doing the appraisals.
Probs better for my shoulder, it's the constant stretching that bothers it - aka my whole job (might mention that to her, just because..)

Line manager is more aware than I thought to be honest!
But store manager is shit - he doesn't know/care about people, never recognises who does the work and who smiles prettily - she the type when he says jump she goes right away - he likes that - only she means 'how high should everyone around me jump' and does fuck all.

The worst thing is the job isn't even advertised yet - could all be current manager (we have two shit-reshuffle) could merely be playing drama queen to get attention! Been three weeks since 'shes going' but she's not had a formal interview or actually handed in her notice.... everyone is smelling big stinky rats.
HOPE it is a all a bluff.

I talked to line manager and mentioned I'd not want to work with her, he said she could be pushed onto nights, I said she'd never cope.

And I'm ranty sorry!
This week has been hella-frustrating to the point I couldn't look at her. I don't want to be stuck where I am for the rest of my working life - but the hours do suit me, I don't mind doing nights.

You know... if line manager is aware and hinting then someone might be thinking of making a change of person that isn't a voluntary leaving.

I don't know how much they'd listen to him, he's new and not at all office trainned despite being our line manager. She'd not go to any other dept - no-way she'd get her hands dirty 'office-staff' type, when reality of admin is running around shopfloor!

I know. Alarm-clocks would need setting...
Know I could do it, know how I'd like to do it.
But don't really want it - just don't want her to have it!
