Stop encouraging the spammers. Please. For the love of all that is good. I know somebody's doing it, because if you weren't then the spammers would have given up and gone away by now. Stop encouraging them! E-mail, WoW, Forums, Comments, wherever you see spam delete and/or report it.
I promise you: It is not a good deal, it's probably not legal, and they are annoying the hell out of the rest of us. You should never buy or donate to anyone who types in L33t. Legitimate business people do not type in L33T. You must believe me for I speak truth. Don't feel sorry for them because they cannot spell penis, I assure you that they can -in reality- spell it just fine.
Spam will not enhance any part of your body, it will not make you instantly rich and powerful, it will not help the starving people in wherever, nor will it get you medicines cheaper, or enhance your gaming experience, or anything else it promises. Spam is made of lies. Do not feed the spam. Your insistence on doing so is baffling. It must end. For your own good, and the good of the web at large.
