For I realized that God's a young man too
I re-printed out the FedEx paperwork, filled it out VERY carefully, and has Karen fax it from work just in case. I haven't heard back from the lady at the fax place or the guy at FedEx. My luck, it was probably his last day or something and my test box is in limbo. I'm calming down about it though, honest.
I'm finally getting the chance to learn about Hinduism, which is rather cool. I've been meaning to forever, but now it turns out that one of the incarnations of one of my muses was raised Hindu, so he's making me actually do some research. It's a bit spooky sometimes when a muse tells you certain things and you look stuff up to find that he's right or "Oh, THAT'S why you think/do/say that." Spooky, but awesome. I was also delighted and surprised to find a certain aspect of Hinduism so closely matches my own personal philosophy about deities!
If then you ask the same people how their favorite Hindu gods and goddesses relate to other hindu gods and goddesses, you will usually get the same answer : "Well of course, all Hindu gods and goddesses are the same god or divine energy, nameless and without form - only in this particular form I like my hindu gods and goddesses best".
In art news, Perseus is coming along nicely. I'm planning a nice thorough Adrian character profile entry for fullcirclecomic, and maybe posting some artwork in bluegorgon, but I guess I hesitate because I can't decide if the community is more about the VBBs or all the Blue Gorgon stuff. My Skunk muse is really fixated on the song I'm listening to right now. In fact, he has it on a loop. And for the record, Neither the Skunk nor Adrian are the muse prodding me to research Hinduism.
