Having (at the age of twelve) had six molars pulled before the Novocaine kicked in (this was in preparation for getting braces-needless to say, my teeth were too big for my mouth), which has caused me to have a severe dental phobia such that I start shaking when I hear these things discussed and have not actually been to one since I was old enough that my mother couldn't make me (and most of the last visits, I became so hysterical they couldn't do anything anyway) ... I applaud you.

Oh, and yes, I have my wisdom teeth. The good thing about having six molars pulled at the age of twelve is that there's plenty of room for the wisdom teeth to grow in. Including the extra one on the right top.

while it was petty of the woman to demand someone else, and cool that the guy wanted to show solidarity with you and all, that was indeed a very unprofessional and frankly mean way for him to do it. it was compassionate of you to speak up for her even after she snubbed you.
