If I pay you in candy, can you help me with my stomach pains and the fact that I keep feeling like I'm burning up?

[He doesn't look visibly distraught, more confused by what's going on and what some of the words he had said really meant. He cringes for a moment as he pauses the feed, and just before it stops you can hear him coughing and something akin to a screeching noise that, if it were possible, sounded mildly concerned.]
