It's such a blatant violation of her human rights. And what harm is she doing? Provided the burkini thing is made of wetsuit-rubbery stuff, or lycra-y stuff, or some suitably swim-suit material, then let her wear it.
Honestly, what a fuss they make of things. I can't believe I'm going to be living in this maddeningly bizarre country for a year. Mind you I've lived in this maddeningly bizarre country for twenty years so it's not such a big deal.

France tomorrow! I am excited. I think once I've been there a week or so on my own I'll have time to be scared, but at the minute I'm just absolutely thrilled!
