So I was reading a post over at iconrants the other day and it's kinda classic. There's this dude/dudette (???) who thinks s/he is all badass because s/he "steals" icons. It's just hilarious that s/he makes such an ~*effort*~ to let people know s/he is "stealing" icons. And oh! look! stealing bandwidth too!!! Wow, so badass!!! S/he should join the Hell's Angels or something... I wanted to tell him/her that but alas, s/he disabled all comments. A true sign of a badass, no? *rolls eyes*
Personally, I just don't care anymore if people are crediting me or not (yeah, I said it). I'll be the first to admit that when I first started making icons, I was all INTERNETZ POH-LIZE!!! CREDIT PLZ!!! Now I'm like whatever...do what you want...I got more important things to worry about...
Which brings me to a question I've always wondered about: what do you guys do with the icons you take from makers? I mean, besides, obviously, using them for your journal and whatnot, what do you guys do with the extra ones? Do you just leave them on your HD or do you pass them along to friends? I'm just curious...
