I posted a recipe the other day for this delicious breakfast I invented
I call it Bexican Breakfast Bake.
It's a nice change from bacon and eggs or Eggo waffles for sure.
I would say it's like the bastard child of a quiche and a breakfast burrito.

I just saw a commercial for Hellboy 2 : The Golden Army.
I think I actually squealed out loud.
so, yeah.
I'm here in Memphis, unpacking boxes and watching free cable.
Cooked breakfast for my man this morning.
Fried potatoes and onions with diced fake ham and scrambled eggs with cheese.
