Unemployed BBC reccomendations.

Say. You're incredibly good looking. But you're unemployed for an extended period of time. Its time to crack into some shows, that previously you were simply to busy for because you were employed and good looking. I encourage the lot of you to dig into some our English cousins comedies from across the pond.

First up: Spaced. Excellent nerd humor spanning comics, film, video games and wry British wit. Simon Peg and company are simply glorious.

The IT Crowd. Some are put off by the canned laugh track, but really its some broad, and often cheeky humor. Also much of the geek/nerd genre is represented here as well.

Garth Marenghi's Dark Place. Holy crap. A lot of the same actors from the IT crowd in this one. The Darkplace was an abandoned British Drama in the 80s created by a terrible horror writer. Great tongue and cheek. You can see all the episodes on youtube.
