The tribune is a piece of garbage. I have never once read an actual on time and non biased article in that paper-that is to say they don't really carry news. And yes it's disgusting and disheartening what is written. I don't know that this place has the potential to be good but it's a nice thought. I don't really know what it is about Johnstown that makes everyone turn into miserable assholes. Its not someplace I would think one would choose to live. It's like someone poisoned the air and water supply.

It's in a decent location, it has decent natural resources, it's just like...everyone is a bigot and complains about how there are no jobs and no one wants to come here but they don't make the connection between that and the fact that they're PROUD to be assholes and bigots. I mean we're "The Friendly City", what a fucking joke. If you are straight and white and Christian, MAYBE. But people believe it! It's a very special kind of delusion, I think. And it makes me sad b/c I think underneath there IS potential. But like, the entire population has to be removed and replaced with people who aren't small-minded, hateful fucks.
