ok, bad news on the house. it has a three day minimum. so, that sucks, but me, rachel, and bev have done a little thinking about it. if you guys have any other suggestions, post them here. but, we thought we could rent a condo in sandestin (for $500 we can rent a penthouse in the village, or for $320 a three bedroom, but we kindof thing we need 4 and bev is pretty set on being ballers in the penthouse, haha). but, anyway, it would be really cool to have a house, but every one i looked at seemed to have 3 night minimum. On one realtor website, though, it said "rates are based on a three night minimum. Extra fees may be incurred for a shorter stay." but, i mean, how much extra could they charge, we could get a cheaper house and just pay the fee, but i don't know. Plus, i don't know if any of the houses will rent to people under 25, but sandestin doesn't seem to have a minimum age. so, you guys say what you think or if you know of any other places that would be cool, or if your a billionaire who can afford to pay $1560 for the really fun house, haha. anyway, we should hurry because who knows how fast places will be full for new years.
