okay, so rachel and i (and amy) have been talking about how for new years we should have a huge party. we were thinking that we could rent a house for weekend and split between lots of people it would be really cheap. anyway, then we decided just to do it for the one night of new years eve because that makes more sense. anyway, this is the house that we were thinking would be super fun.

it's a little pricey, but with 14 people (that's how many it says it sleeps, but obviously we could have way more to make it cheaper) it would only be like 35 each (but of course we would get way more). i know it seems like sortof a lot for one night, but with 20 it would be only be 25 and a keg will be like 3 dollars each and we'll get something really cheap for food and that's as much or less than we would spend on new years anyway probably. so, anyway, go look at it and tell me if you think this is a good idea. that night is also ross's birthday and he wants to do it too, so we have the shalimarians in, so that brings down the price. anyway, then we'll just get a keg and it will be super fun! oh yeah, it has a HOT TUB, PING PONG, FOOSEBALL, AND POOL TABLES, and more i think!!!!
p.s. also, this is a pretty expensive house and we could get a cheaper one too, it's just this one has so much fun stuff. anwyay, comment about this.
i've been looking a little more and there are some other houses that don't have pool tables and stuff that are like $100 or more cheaper. so, if people have a problem with the price, that can be solved. and like jessica commented, new years eve is going to fill up fast, so we should try to talk about this and get it together fast!
