I have school loans to pay and my paychecks aren't coming. But for some reason I got a bonus from Verizon. Score! Haven't worked there since October but hey... I will always gladly accept money. (o:
The job hunt is still going... only wish it would go better. I suppose until my company folds I should be grateful. I cannot stand the gas prices, though. I work 8.3 miles from my apt. and yet, I burn through $60 in gas a week attempting to get through traffic. I looked up public transportation but a month pass would cost me $55, plus I'd have to drive four miles to the nearest parking lot, walk a half mile to that bus stop and be to work 94 minutes early and get home about 2 hours later than normal. This is when I have to go look in the mirror and say 'quit your bitchin!' and suck it up.
Maybe I'll win the powerball... that would be nice.
