Am possibly the Worst Writer Ever (tm). Am so far behind I might as well be *dead*.

Not giving up yet.

1639 words so far. It's hard to shut off the inner editor. And when I sit down to write I instantly want to stand up again and distract myself with something else. But I *will* do this.

Note the new userpic: I'm doing National Novel Writing Month. During the month of November I'll be attempting to write a 50,000 word novel. I'll be posting word counts. So far it's 784 words. Cheer me on!
