so, huge improvement from a few weeks ago. not letting anything make me anxious or stressed. i've been biking around everywhere and signed up for the 5-Borough Bike Tour in NYC, 43 miles. physically beginning to prepare for that, i have 37 days. thinking about signing up with the boston sports club right here in central, just for the month. they have spinning and yoga classes, right? not the biggest fan of organized physical activity but i'll get over it. in june kelsey and i are also going to register for the Long Island Harbor Bike Tour, which is guaranteed to be a beautiful ride.
little things are keeping me busy, and I made a new friend, her name is Lee. we're going to get lunch on monday, then she's going to teach me to crochet and i'm going to model for her photo project. for years i never had the strong desire to sit for an hour or even a few hours a day and read for pure enjoyment, and here i am, feeling that again. there are still so many things to work on but i'm taking everything day by day. and i'm okay, i'm really feeling okay.
