... or "Eye Candy for
tricia_joy"!
This is for the next "go round" on the Seth/Bri collab in my metal flag "book". The really bumpy solder job is intentional - I'll be soldering "stuff" to it later. I etched, then patina'd but haven't gone in to refine anything yet. Still not sure what's going IN the shrine but I'm sure it will fit the "Shine" theme.
Another cloudy gloomy albeit NOT raining right now day. OVER it. Some sunshine would be nice. Please. I'm starting to grow webbed feet. And this really REALLY isn't helping my training - getting used to HOT'n'HUMID. Though I GUESS wearing winter garb completely soaked might kinda sorta fit the bill, huh?!
My seedlings on the windowsill - MANY varieties of heirloom tomatoes, with names like Harbinger and Mortgage Lifter and Black Krim and Opalka and Old Brook, along with Ruby Chard, broccoli, parsley, eggplant - need to be potted up. My least favourite job in the 'growing yer own' trilogy. I always always plan on using bigger pots to start so I can eliminate this step. But I forget to buy a bigger bag of starter mix and I'm always late so I grab the mini pots and get'er done and then I'm stuck right where I am now. You know the definition of insanity? Doing things exactly the same expecting different results? Classic nut job. Right here in River City. argh!
