As per English translation: "What if... it seems like you're going to love me... because it seems like you're going to come to me if I wait a little." - It's about a boy and a girl and the boy really loves the girl, but the girl doesn't seem to love him back, which is really painful for him, but he wants to wait and stay friends with her because he says maybe she'll love him back, one day. It's all about... what if this or what if that... maybe she'd love me, then... kind of thing. It's a very beautiful song... but leaves it open-ended... will he wait? Will she ever love him back? Should he give up? Gya! That doesn't help at all!! (And by-the-by, actually I don't think it ever specifically states that this is a song to a girl or to a guy, at least you can't tell in English, so it works nice either way)
