Classic Who: 2 More Serials
'Revelation of the Daleks' and 'Time and the Rani'.
I was going to watch up through 'Curse of Fenric' before posting again. Then I found out I've got to work almost constantly from 9am tomorrow until 2am Sunday, which means I'll probably watch everything left on the list while I'm up there.
So, this is a pretty short post, but you can expect a longer one sometime on Sunday.
Revelation of the Daleks
Still Peri...
Much like the Daleks, Davors always survives.
Man, they really can't make up their mind about his age, can they? Two was 400 and something, one of the others was 700 and something, Six just said he's 900, and Nine will say the same thing in 2005.
Turn your eye-stalk, you useless machine.
If I was Davros, I would've given them at least four eye-stalks. Especially after witnessing that incident with Four's hat.
What the hell is the deal with this DJ guy?
There's little so creepy as the maniacally laughing disembodied, mutated head of a genocidal megalomaniac.
"I thought I was good for a few more regenerations." // I thought he was good for a few more in 'The Impossible Astronaut'. Then again, he probably is.
"I never thought precognizance of my own death would be so disturbing." // "Dangerous thing foreknowledge."
That's the song Rose and Jack danced to next to Big Ben. Also, the song Hurley and Sayid picked up on their radio equipment.
"May I ask what you're doing here?" // "You may, but only a fool would expect an answer."
Time and the Rani
So, it's Seven now.
And the the opening titles have been remixed again.
Oh, and he's winking at me.
I quite like the look of these yellow-ish creatures. Good job, production.
Amnesia or not, you'd think he might notice what a strange bracelet Mel is wearing.
"Old hat."
No more question marks on the collar, but I always felt like six was wearing someone else's shirt anyway.
Not a fan of the new logo, by the way.
Seven's outfit is sort of a combination of the other Doctors.
And now he's 953.
"Two wrongs don't make a left turn."
"Where there's a will there's a -" // "Beneficiary."
