What I did during my three days without internet

So, I've been without internet since Sunday. It sucked, but it's over now. AT&T told me they'd send someone out yesterday, between 8 and 12. He showed up today. -.-

Anywho, I did something fun while the internet was out. (I was actually planning to do this anyway.)

First, I rewatched the first two Pirates of the Caribbean movies. I had only seen the second one once and that was a few years ago. Then I watched the third movie for my first time ever. After all that, I was left with one particular sentiment.

ELIZABETH SWANN IS MY FUCKING HERO!!!

Seriously, guys. She's epic!

Anywho, the reason I made sure to watch the first three pirates movies was so that I'd be up to speed when I caught the new one in theaters.

About the new one...

Eh.

It's all right, but not really up to the standards of the other three. And Angelica is a poor substitute for Elizabeth.

And 3-D: Seems like a lot of effort for the studios, and extra money for my ticket, all for a relatively cheap gimmick that makes my eyes water.

Anyway, after three days without internet, I just had to let out some of that squee.
