I've been repeatedly having an issue where when I download DVD rips, the audio comes out high-pitched. I'd say this happens on about 90% of the DVD rips I download. It has never happened to me with a TV rip (yet

It's not a rip from a UK DVD is it? I seem to remember our audio is slightly faster than yours.

Most recently S1 of Buffy and S3,S4,S5 of LOST have been giving me trouble. I suppose there's the possibility that they're ripped from UK copies of the DVDs, but I wouldn't know how to avoid that...
