Catnip Breath (Part two of two)
Kei looked down at the black cat that was still in his arms. "Did you see who said that, Nyan-nyan?" he asked, even though he knew it wasn't going to answer.
"No, but I know who said it." the cat said nonchalantly.
Kei stared down dumbly at the cat. "Nyan-nyan... Did you just talk?"
"It took you long enough."
"..."
"Huh."
Kei broke out laughing, accidentily dropping the cat.
"Hey, watch it--!!!"
"HAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~~!!!!" Kei cracked up.
"This.. is.. a joke, right?" he said between laughs.
"No."
"Well, then, I must be dreaming."
"You're not."
"Yeah, I am." He retorted. He punched himself in the stomach and looked down at the cat.
"See? Just dreaming..."
"That's because you didn't do anything." the cat replied, walking up to him. It then let out its claws and scratched him on the vulnerable part of his ankle.
"YAOW~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Kei screamed out in pain. "ITTAI~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"See?" the cat said, sitting down, watching Kei jump around on his left, uninjured, leg.
"Can we go in now?" Kei picked up the cat and hid it under his jacket.
He opened the door and quickly and quietly walked to his room. After he closed the door, he let the cat down and sighed, leaning against his door. He looked at his hands and smelt his jacket. "Oph~!! I smell like wet cat."
"I wonder why..."
"I'm gonna go have a shower," he said as he took off his jacket and threw it onto the floor.
"You need one too," he added, taking off his shirt and jeans.
"Okay," the cat answered.
Kei walked over to his wardrobe and took out a big towel. He then picked up the cat and tip-toed out of his room, to the bathroom at the end of the hallway. When he got in, he locked the door and placed the cat down onto the tiled floor.
"Okay, I'm gonna turn on the water for you." he said, sliding open the shower door.
"You're not coming in?" The cat asked as it walked inside.
"I'll have a shower after you."
Kei waited patiently for the cat to finish, and he didn't have to wait long. Almost as soon as the cat went in, it came out. "Okay, my turn," Kei said and walked into the cubicle.
Outside, the cat saw blur of Kei take off his underwear and let it hang over the cubicle wall. Almost as quick as the cat, Kei finished his shower and dried himself in the cubicle.
Kei came out with the towel around his waist.
He picked up the cat and walked to the door. He unlocked it and walked to his room.
