First of all, if you don't like getting yelled at, don't listen to it. Or, tell the people that are yelling at you to kindly stop.
Secondly, you're getting crap for always being down because the people around you love you and want you to have a good time, and when you're not, we feel partially responsible because no matter what WE say, you're still going to feel like crap. You are also getting crap for always being down because regardless of what I should say, that's not fun to be around. If we can't help you feel better, what's the point of hanging out with someone who's just going to have a bad time anyways, right?
It's not that no one wants to hear it, it's when we do, and offer a suggestion, you just do what you want anyways. Think about it. When you've talked to me about these things when have you ever taken my advice? Don't lie.
The only person who can get you out of this, is you. I've told you countless times already that you're the only one with the power to change how you feel about it. Maybe that's why no one can help you, because no one is supposed to. You've got the strength to help everyone else out, so why don't you focus a little of that energy on yourself? You need to rethink what makes you happy and what makes you sad, and if that list is unbalanced, find ways to balance it out.
If you're not going to let anyone else help, then at the very least help yourself.
And also, about your sleep schedule, you need to go to bed at a certain time, and wake up at a certain time. If you can't fall asleep at said time, then no matter what time you fall asleep you need to wake up at the same time. Get a new alarm clock that's not your phone. You need to set your own biological clock.
The sleep bitching was really just about my mother flipping out on me for wanting to go to sleep at 8 in the morning. WHEN I ALWAYS go to sleep.
But that plan, as much as I try to stick to it. Isn't feasible for the shift I work. I know it sounds like a cop out, and trying to avoid your suggestion, but I just can't get certain things done if I sleep from 8 am to 430 pm. I just can't. I need to start being more careful about how much sleep I get though.
I need to balance it out so I'm getting the correct amount. I do fine waking up perfectly on time on days where I get to bed when I plan to. I just need to keep working on it.
It never should have been lumped into my entry, but I was so down I needed to bitch about alot of stuff, I guess.

In closing, you didn't ruin anything.
