We spent a staggering 14 hours at faire today and I found out a few things I would like to share.

• When you pass a stone, someone who loves will come look at it.
• Anyone over 25 makes the same pained face when you say the words "kidney stones", people under 25 also make a face but it's more of the "wow your old" variety.

What a nice weekend up at PARF. It was, as always nice to see the PARF contingent especially Duchess, the wine wench. Lot's of MDRF rennies showed up over the weekend and we even got to meet Lady Anne and Sir Oswyn, as well as many others, for the first time ( Read more... )

One of the things I love most about MDRF is the incredible acts that perform there. I was loading my iPod (Thanks again for that!) with the new stuff we have aquired over the past year and I got curious.

My latest garb project has involved making a leather belt accessory that I can put my pins. Thanks to Big Lew and Orbs I was able to get a nice heavy piece of black suede. The leather is heavy enough to hold the pins with no worry of tearing but flexible enough to move with you when you walk. I just finished my first one, which was only meant to be ( Read more... )
