J got word yesterday that her transfer is approved and permanent. Woooooo!!!
Couldn't get the cable modem working yesterday. I'll try again with J's computer this evening. There's this app that you have to run in order to get your account set up, and it can't run through a router. When it failed on my computer, I decided just to use J's computer to run the app, then just run both computers through my router. I know that my computer works on my router.
