There is a crminal investigation going on here right now. The officers that were killed last tuesday night were not attacked by the enemy but someone on this FOB. The blast was inconsistent with a mortar and they determined that the blast happened inside the room and the other blasts we heard were caused by grenades. Crazy shit huh? I doubt I'll be hearing more info than that because if it really was friendly fire then the army will most likely try to cover up their mistake.
On a lighter note I'll be traveling back to Speicher this weekend for a day. Yay, I get to see dental boy and anderson male type and Ibarra (who just got back from spending his r&r with Cory, they're sooo cute and I'm so proud of my matchmaking skills) and greathouse and man whore marquez =) I doubt I'll be sleeping those 24 hours I'll be back cause I want to catch up with a ton of people. Plus I have to see dental boy before he leaves for r&r. But he'll be coming to danger to visit me in 2 weekends anyways.
