Took a five-mile walk this morning, which kind of makes up for the
negligible amount I did over the weekend (though I did do a lot
of stair climbing, and don't seem to have gained much, if any, weight).

walking. Not sure I believe walking barefoot is as magical as all
that, but I certainly prefer shoes with a wide space for the toes, and go
barefoot around the house.
