Tomorrow is the day....
Yes Friday the 13th and I become a happy homeowner. It is quite exciting and scary. But jeez, instead of paying rent, I'm paying into equity. I am so very excited! Keep your fingers crossed for me that all goes smoothly. I have a ton of papers to sign and I hope I do not get a hand cramp--gotta spend the weekend stripping the hideous wallpaper down so that the place can be painted next week.
