It was a pretty cool morning, considering it was SoCal. The cold front had rolled in from the ocean, which meant is smelled like sea salt as well. But other than that things were fairly normal. Tony was off with the Red Head who'd won the auction and she'd cleared his schedule for at least two days in preparation for that. Which was good because as the 19 year old brushed her teeth she considered somewhat dubiously her own complicated situation. After a quick rinse she dressed herself in some comfortable jeans, an aqua colored Tshirt, and a lavender hoodie. Then she threw on her socks and sneakers and made for the living room. Where on the couch lay her 'problem'.

I let him sleep over, doesn't that count as a date? She thought. But she knew she was just fooling herself. So it was that she passed Scott on the Couch and decided to start the day off on a good foot by making them both some breakfast. Once she'd figured that out it wasn't long before the kitchen and livingroom were filling with the enticing aroma of eggs, bacon, and potatoes cooking in skillets. And not long after that, she'd heat up the fresh flour tortillas that Tony had flown in every morning. Cooking wasn't the strongest of her abilities, but she knew enough that she didn't have to worry about burning things, and if there was one she could follow a recipe pretty well. She was definitely most comfortable with little things like this though. And that made her more confident in return.

Now all that remained was for sleeping beauty over there to get his butt out of bed. She really hoped the smell of cooking food would do the work for her. She didn't want to have to go out there and try and get him up herself.
