Dr. Stryker folded his hands in front of his face, watching the twelve screens in front of him. Each screen showed a slightly different POV, from the eyes of each of his followers in New York City. Every Purifier was gathered around a young, cowering girl.
"Restrain your enthusiasm," he commanded in clipped tones, speaking into a mic. "Allow the footage longer time on-air before she dies."
Obediently, the Purifiers fell back, leaving only two to continue torturing the girl. One man seized her hair and twisted her face to the camera, revealing her obvious mutations. The other lowered a vicious-looking knife to her face, carving away at the scales.
Dr. Stryker glanced to his side, at the one screen that was showing the news in New York; he felt satisfied that his message was being played and grieved that one so young should be so tainted. Still, he deemed the brutal violence inflicted upon her as a necessary evil. This should be enough to draw the right kind of attention to his little organization. Soon they would purge humanity of every wretchedness which kept it from reaching full potential.
It was time for the final crusade to begin.
((OOC: feel free to take control of the Purifiers; just remember that they're equipped for battles with superhumans, so they shouldn't be too easy to defeat. Dr. Stryker will continue to monitor their movements.))
