(no subject)
Okay, so the fifth video blog is now posted on Gather. I actually got it uploaded on the the 18th (last Monday). It was quickly recorded, due to time issues. However, I have received good feedback on it, thus far.
Anyways, in the video I mentioned that I was re-doing Through Bistre Eyes. I thought I would take a moment in between things and clarify my reasons a little more. I really am not happy with how I have typed things out, to what is previously (and currently) posted. I feel like I have rushed my memories (especially after the first chapter), to get them done and up on the site. So, I am going to be removing the old articles containing my life story, to replace them with the new ones. I am hoping to have the new and improved version of, Through Bistre Eyes by the middle of March.
Another thing readers of Through Bistre Eyes can expect, is a new cover image. I have already lined up a photo shoot with my sister-in-law Melanie. The old cover image, was made with an old photo. So I wanted something fresh, a whole new start on this very important project. I will be including a special "Author's Note", before releasing the chapters.
All I am doing to it, is giving it more detail, and trying to help the readers visualize my memories with me. Also, I am making sure things are worded carefully, so not to be taken out of context.
Well now, aside from re-doing Through Bistre Eyes, I forgot to mention in my latest video blog, that I will also be re-doing Obsession. I am again, not happy with the results of my first attempt, and will be going back to re-write it out. I know, I can do a much better job with that first chapter, let alone the following ones. I may change some character names in it as well. I have been working out a lot of better details these past few days, for the story. So, that will come in the near future as well.
Also, just to let all my viewers and readers know, I will be away from the computer from March 1st through March 8th. The whole first week of March is reserved to one of my best friends who is getting married. So, seeing that I am her Maid of Honor, I will be with her that whole week! Maybe... just maybe... I will post a photo of me in a dress! Haha! Since there have been many requests by people for one!
