Beer Basting

I've deprived myself of Guiness for far too long! After nearly four years I gave it another chance last night. My oh my, what time does to the pallette. It was deliciously creamy, a mouthfeel worthy of any of the Gods' food. At 21 what was I supposed to know about hops and finish and all the other wonderful things related to beer drinking. Nothing. I was to know nothing. But four+ years has educated my taste buds and their deliverance came last night. Black-and-tan? Where?

I aquired my tickets for Weezer and Foo in Portland. Show is in late October.

Writing the Hell story. Workshop tommorow night. Behind on reading, namely cos I haven't purchased the books. Doing that today.

Oh, I'm trying out a new recipe for baby-back ribs.
