still in the war zone...

If it seems a bit oblique, that's how I'm feeling.  So sue me.

I've been kicking around a few ideas on the whole money thing and it's occured to me that there's a bit of a niche that needs exploitation in an area that readers of this LJ know and love and while it's taken a while to get my head around the concept I've observed a few phenomena.  So I decided to resurrect an old ghost from a pub-based conversation some of us had some years ago.  I looked at the market and found it's about ready now.   Getting things organised can be a godsend in terms of defining an overarching goal.  I didn't know I had this but suddenly I have what may be defined as 'a reason greater than reality'.   This is not a bad thing but fear not - I'm not about to reveal how I've taken leave of my senses but that such a thing has crossed my boundary as 'a worthy challenge'.

Social calendar for those who note such things.

Tomorrow: We aren't up for travel but if you pop round after 4pm, we will be both in, happy to chat and there may be even be alcohol/coffee/tea/pizza.  Verboten topics include funerals, house moves and the credit crunch.  What we will discuss (even at length) if you're willing is the upcoming Hallowe'en/Quantum of Solace/Zombie Singalong conjunction in Market Square, LARP costume ideas (including absintheskiss birthday presents), roleplaying games, good and bad movies, music (classical, industrial, metal) and how you're doing.  Sound like fun?

Show up.  We might even be trying to foist some of our books off onto you.

Monday: X-7 is off this coming Monday (20th).  We have a big family pow-wow scheduled to discuss the funeral at 6pm.
Friday: Funeral is taking place.
