Hah this whole working out thing is crazy I had my orientation at LA fitness with a trainer... yea I am supposed to be eating 160 grams of protein are you kidding me? I get like 50 with the way my diet is now jeebus!
OK so I have to eat 160 grams of protein drink 2 liters of water get 9 servings(4.5 cups)of veggies and fruits in and also get 1000 mg of calcium wait that's just one gram *sigh* I wish they could just sick a tube in my belly and feed me that way then I wouldn't have to worry.
I also found out that 70 lbs of my body is fat mmm juicy haha I gotta loose around 45 lbs to be in the very good range eh I would just like to get out of the morbidly obese category.
I'm also supposed to eat every 2-3 hours 4-6 times a day 300 calories a meal. What else oh yea weight training 4 times a week cardio 5 times I can do it... now that I have posted this I kinda have to. Wish me luck and my boyfriend luck coz I think loots of protein makes you toot a lot hahahaha
