So I have been researching post-MBA careers and it makes me think that maybe I shouldn't get one after just two years of working... All of the jobs that hire people with MBA's want 5-10 years of real world experience in their field.
I have also decided that the main reason I want to get the MBA is because I don't like the industry that I am working in. I mean it's interesting and all... but it's not fulfilling and I don't want to be stuck in a job where I am just a monkey, repeating the same functions day, after day, after day, after day...
I think what it comes down to more than anything is that I want to be happy in my life and I am not right now. Family is extremely important to me-not creating my own, as much as being with my current family. They're so good to me and I just want to be HAPPY...
maybe if I go somewhere for an MBA they can help me get a job and maybe I can take a leave of absence from CSX and that way if I decide that I want to go back, I can. who knows...
