Hey everybody! We are up to 38.34% at afterelton. Everyone please keep voting as often as you possibly can, lest we lose momentum! We want to get as many votes as we possibly can and not backslide, so vote as often as you possibly can on as many devices as possible! Do you mean in the comments section? I think the people who are reading the comments at this point, are regular voters who have already chosen their ships. The most comments (and longest, spammy, annoying threads) are from Supernatural and Teen Wolf faction, but I think we're probably third. I don't think more commentary there is going to garner us more votes or change anyone's mind who is already voting for Destiel.

I think the Twitter discussion with David, and most especially that last comment of theirs, was way more than any of us could ask (or ever expected) from AfterElton.

I still don't think we're going to win this thing, but I think our fandom can come off rather well in the end because of our behavior thus far. We're talking about it on various forums and comms and we're supportting our ship with dignity. I think that speaks well of us.

It definitely does! :-) We are doing such a great job showing our support no matter what. It does seem like pretty much anyone reading the comments there would've made up their minds, especially since they should've already voted, but I saw someone under the afterelton tag at tumblr saying they didn't know which to choose in the last matchup against us. And it may be nice to show anyone who might not know about us a little more about what we love.

I wonder if it can be promoted on generic Stargate sites - as general support for the show/franchise/fandom? Stargate vs Supernatural!

That's a great idea! It seems to me like if someone wasn't into it, then they'd pretty much left it be, ssoI think that's an awesome idea. What general boards could we put it on?
