Clothes Dryers in Japan suck.

And I honestly think that if I went without washing my clothes, I would be better off.

Either way, I've smelled particularly bad the past few days, and it all stems from the fact that dryers in Japan completely suck. I spent over \600 trying to get my clothes dry, for over an hour. After I pulled them out a second time, they seemed to be more wet than when I originally put them in. Adamant that I wasn't going to spend more than that, I took out my clothes, let them air out for a while, then packed them before I went.

Pro tip: Don't ever do that. Spend the extra cash to get them dry.

My clothes smell now, particularly badly. I can't articulate how or why, but they do. It's fairly amusing, as well as blazenly obnoxious.

But anyhoo. On with the blogging.

Moving day. Headed off to 京都 (kyoto) while stopping in 名古屋 (nagoya) for the world's fair and sumo wrestling. The world's fair was amusing, the sumo was great. 朝書流 is a really awesome sumo wrestler.

Lots more travelling today. Went to ひめじ (himeji) castle and the peace museum at 広島 (hiroshima), and tried to go to みやじま (miyajima), but it was far too late. Tried anyway though. Wound up feeding deer instead.

Semi-free day, but headed to なら (nara), the super old capital of Japan. Saw the biggest bronze buddah in the world. Got crap for family members.

Anyway, sorry it's brief, but this cafe is really expensive. Off to 高山 (takayama) now. Hurray!
